How Can Lump On Side Of Head Be Treated?

hi, i had a question. i have a new lump on the side of my head, and have been getting on and off pressure . i hit my head when i dived in a shallow pool when i was 14 now im 27. . I was wondering if its a scar tissue ? its not the same area that hurts, but maybe triggered it?
