How Can Lumps In The Scalp With Flakes Be Treated?

i have a question. I have red bumps on my scalp and have had blood randomly coming out of my head followed by black flakey stuff . it is also in my daugthters scalp . thie park could ths started after a trip to this be a parasite? i cant find anything online that resembles it
