How Can Lung Phlegm, Ear Itching Causing Hearing Loss Be Treated?

greetngs to sir..... im deepthi of age 19 yrs im hvng flum in lungs... so in winter i frequently catch cold.. when i blow my nose hardly my ear starts itching.. such that my left ear now itching alot n mucus is coming out of.. n i lost hearing from left ear... what shall i do.?
