How Can Metachromatic Leukodystrophy Be Treated?

I m brother of lady Nisha Ahmed resident of Pakistan aged 24 years. Doctor has diagnosed Metachromatic Leukodystrophy after her clinical tests. As there is no cure of it available in Pakistan, you are requested to please guide us what to do so we could save her life, presently she is unconcious.
