How Can Migraine With Neck Pain Be Treated?

good afternoon ia coming to visit puket in 12 days i have the worst right neck i get migraine nearly every day from my neck i have had percut neurotomy for facet denervation the first one i had 2 years ago last 8 months the next won i had only lasted 4 month do u have any thing else that might help i have had cortisone before it worked 4 just aweek do u do cortisone i am so sick have the terrible migraine i get thankyou
