How Can Mouth Redness With A Lump Be Treated?

hello, i have had redness on the both sides of my mouth, but just on the sides, and today i noticed that on the left side a pimple-like bump had formed, but there is not any puss so i'm guessing it is just toughened skin, what should i do to make it go away?
