How Can My Father, With 30 Years Of Diabetes, Daily Alcohol Use, And Insomnia Achieve Better Blood Sugar Control?

Hello Doctor, my father suffering from diabetis from last 30 years. Last year they gone thrugh covid. Currenty have high dibetis yesterday we checked dibets was 370 after food and todat at fasting it was 290 in glucometer. Currenty using olympics tablet as prescribed by doctor please suggest best solution to control completely. They have sleeping issue also. They took drink daily also.Need your help
