How Can Nasal Blockage Be Treated With Natural Remedies?

Dr My name is Narender Rao,I am 50 yrs old, since a couple months I am feeling nasal blockage When I am sleeping sideways the nose downside gets blocked. I am not observing problem when awake and in standing position. I consulted ENT doctor locally I was told that muscle have grown in my nose causing blockage. the doctor suggested surgery. I want to know wether I can cure with natural remedies ? I am suspecting the use of surgery i.e what if it grows again after few months even if i get the surgery done !, what is the least intrusive or painful surgery availble for this purpose?
