How Can Nasal Septum, Tightness In Chest And Painful Chest Be Treated?

hi i am archana from Bangalore. I am 29 year married lady with a kid. i am suffering from breathing problem, nasal septum, itching in the throat, tightness in the throat, chest tightness and pain in the chest. I am using following tablets and sprays : Nasal spray flowmist, asthalin inhaler, derifilin, cough syrup escoril, antibiotics like sporidex. Let me know from what i am suffering. What is the cure, whom do i consult further, as these medicines were prescribed by ENT specialist on continuous diagnosis for last two months
