How Can Nipple Skin Dryness Caused By Using Nipplette Be Treated?

Hi, a tad embarrassing question, but I have been using the avent nipplette to cure my inverted nipples. They work great, but have been having some issues w/ dry skin on my nipples. Is there some cream or lotion I could use? regular moisturizer doesn't seem to work well enough. I also used calendula oil on them but was not sure if that is best? thank you for your time and consideration.
