How Can Nipples Infection With Odor And Itching Be Treated?

Hi, I'm 19, when I was 15 I started seeing a difference in my breasts I started to see that my left breast was getting bigger but my right was a staying the same then my left breast started to grow abnormally and now it looks like a sausage and my right looks really nice and small I then went to the nhs to see if they could fix it I've now had 2 surgerys it's still the same but worse I have fungus or an infection on both my nipples its dark itchy smelly and sticky I also have one of my implants on my right sticking out of my breast it's poking out from my skin please help me please!
