How Can One Manage Milk Allergy Without Hydroxychloroquine, Which Causes Erectile Dysfunction, When I Have Hypothyroidism And Hyperinsulinemia?

I am 38 yrs old male from India. I have hypothyroid problem for last 20yrs. T3, T4, TSH levels are all in range; taking thyronorm 125mcg daily; I also have hyper insulinemia i.e. high levels of insulin in the body which causes too much hunger; I have to take metformin 500mg after lunch to tackle it. FBS stays like 100-110. HBA1C is within normal range. It s kind of pre-prediabetic stage. I am facing problem of erectile dysfunction caused after taking hydroxychloroquine 200mg which i take to relieve generalised swelling & inflammation in body; the problem of erectile dysfunction goes away & situation comes back to normal after stopping hcq but after stopping hcq; the problem of generalised swelling & inflammation in the body comes back. If i drink milk; I get strep throat; antibiotics can control it; but it s not possible to take anti-biotics daily; So I stopped drinking milk. But I have to drink milk to have proper nutrition; So I found a way of taking hydroxychloroquine which helps me very well in preventing allergic reaction that occurs after drinking milk. But taking hydroxychloroquine causes ED. Now I am stuck totally. I don t know What should I do? Pls help. Yours Faithfully,
