How Can Open Sores On The Scalp Be Treated?

hello, i am 19, 5'5,and about 120 lbs. i noticed that i started to get these open sores(red but not itchy) on my scalp after i quit taking my birth control pill. im not sure what brand it was, but it was only a medium dose and i quit taking it., and they have seem to some back even after i have been off the pill for over 4 months. they only seem to be getting worse and are causing me to have pretty deep indents in my head.
