How Can Our Family Get Our 33 Yr Old Daughter

How can our family get our 33 yr old daughter into the hospital. She was drugged Feb 2015 and has been on a manic high since. She is irritable, spending and borrowing money, not going to work, drinking heavily. Was arrested as a result of being drugged. She's normally a responsible, thrifty, quiet person...now she's on a euphoric high.....she's single, has high level govmt job in dc. Pls help
