How Can Pain Due To Injury In The Back Of Knee Be Treated?

i hurt the back of my leg a month ish ago playing fooball with my son it has been hurting on and off since . but tody whilst running to the car i felt akind of popping sensation and since then i have had constant pain .... when i say pain i dont mean such pain that i cant get on with day to day things but pain none the less
