How Can Painful Intercourse With Kidney And Urine Infections Be Treated?

hi i am an 42 year old asian woman living in the uk i have had for approximatly one year the pain always occurs 3 to 4 days before my period and when i have sexual intercourse with my husband so bad that i am not sexually active any more due to the fear of suffering the sevear pain. also when my period does occur its a very small amount and im in terrible pain its caused kidney infections urine infections and i suffer very bad diaorea for 3 days after my period i am so worried about my health the doctors are no help anymore and are very unhelpful i have had laparoscopy plus so many other tests everything is normal so they say. But there is something not right at all please help
