How Can Peeled Skin On The Hand Causing Pain Be Treated?

i met with an accident a month ago..my hand till the elbow got scratched and the skin got peeled off. i was using betadine. it was getting better. unfortunately,i got hurt again.and the new skin,which is pinkish,got peeled off near the elbow now..its hurting alot due to which i am not able to work properly. i cant even fold my hand. please suggest a proper medication. i would be very thankful.
