How Can Pelvic And Breast Pain With Heaviness Be Treated?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here... I am 37 and for the last 15 years I have had fibroadenosis and really bad pelvic pain. I have had diclofenac but I had to stop using as they damaged the linning of my stomach. I was the given tamoxifen which stopped the breast pain but made the pelvic pain worse so now I take nothing. I am in extreme pain with my breasts and they feel really heavy aswell. It is driving me mad and I wanted to know if there were any other medications or surgery that I could explore? Thankyou, Sarah
