hello sir i am 23 years old and from last 2 and half months i am having itching on my penile shaft in some part (not all) ,but the itching is just on the area where the skin is is stretched and it is just on the under side of penis and itching occurs only after i wash my penis.and sir one important thing to point out that i am poorly hygenic
