How Can Penis Curvature And Low Sperm Count Be Treated?

Hi I am 21 years old. My penis is starting to curve both when erected and flacid. With even the head itself starting to turn counter clockwise. Also i have started to have fix the position of my penis while urination. And also i have low sperm count. And urine drops come after urine.
