How Can Penis Foreskin Itching With Redness Be Treated?

I have an itchy red ring around my foreskin, at the tip, kind of looks like a mild rash. Its not tight and its not always itchy. Ive had a yeast infection before but it doesnt look like that, also theres no white stuff/discharge under the foreskin or on my penis at all. Was wondering what i could do to clear it up. Also i havent had intercourse oral or otherwise for about 6 months. Thanks
