How Can Penis Glans Chordee Be Treated Non Surgically?

i have some penis problem. i did mastubaration over 6 yrs. but, now i stop it bcuz my penis head moves little down . i had some wrong method of mastubaration & i think due to this wrong method my penis moves little down it seems like that i have chordee and second thing is that my right line(edge of penis shaft) is more thicker than that of left one. thats why my penis moves left. what is the treatment, i m more worried about penis head. is there any treatment other than surgery for correct position of my penis head?if surgery is only one option for head what must be cost of surgery (in R.S.) and what actually is done to glans penis to correct its positon.
