How Can Penis Glans Inflammation With Pain Be Treated?

While trying to have sex, my foreskin has been pulled back, and the head of my penis has inflammed. this has continued for 2 days now, and is not subsiding. It is painful also. I have taken anti-inflammatory medicine, but no relief. can you please diagnose the problem, and necessary treatment.
