How Can Penis Glans Irritation, Itching And Cracking Be Treated?

there's some irritation on my penis head and the area has got something like prickly heat.It itches a little and i sometimes get it and at other times dont.I'm not circumcized and sometimes the base of the nerve joining the shaft to the head at the back of the penis gets cracky.Please help me know how to get rid of this penis irritation.
