How Can Penis Glans Itching With Blistering Be Treated?

I had an allergic reaction the medication called "Doxcycline" which caused me to itch and blisters on the penis head. I notified the doctor who prescribed the medication and his orders were to discontinue the usage of that medication. He gave me a prescription of benedryl. I want to know how to handle the blistered area on the head. They kind of large with fluid. What should I do until I can appointment with my doctor. Is there any way I can handle this now. THANKS.
