How Can Penis Glans Patches With Itching, Redness And Spots Be Treated?

Hello Sir, I am having red patches around my pennis head. Its started 3-4 month before. I consulted a doctor he given me some antifungal pills and cream, it relieved that time. But still i am not fully cured. I bought one cream(canesten[ clotrimazole and hydrocortisone]) and using it from last 2-3 weeks but if i stop using it i feel again itchy and red spots are there. My pennis head is also look like bit swollen and red.
