How Can Penis Glans Rash With Blister Sores Be Treated?

I have recently had a yeast infection. I am a male who is uncircumcised. I went to a doctor and treated the yeast infection. However, within the past day, I have developed rash-like symptom on the very tip of my penis. I am not sexually active, I have never had sex. Could this be some kind of yeast infection? The sores look like a cluster of blisters. What could it be?
