How Can Penis Glans Sensitivity With Inflamed Foreskin Be Treated?

hello...i may have been over generous with the warticon i had after my genital warts returned a few days ago.... alot of the cream was touching the healthy skin and now it has made my penis head extremely red and sensitive because i think it has burned the skin off it... i also have enflamed foreskin making it impossible to pull back and clean... should i just wait and see if this dies down or should i seek advice?
