How Can Penis Pain With Burning Sensations Be Treated?

Hi, i am 23 year old male.I was sexually very active in January month.At that time during sex in last feel intercourse i feel some stretching near the right side of base of my penis.In next month i am not sexually active and i did some games and abdominal exercises after that i feel pain near the base of my penis on right side .It is looks like the streatching of some muscles .This pain apears during the erection of penis and it increases when i apply force on penis by hand during mesturbation.I feel buring on the penis during pain.Is that pain is ligament pain??? So what should i do to heel it??
