How Can Penis Pain With Hematuria After Stone Removal Surgery Be Treated?

Hi I undergone Ureteroscopic Stone Removal Surgery on 22 october,2010. They kept one tube inside at that time and doctor gave me the date to remove that tube is on 1 December, 2010. For last one week, i smoked heavily because of that, my pennis is paining and i'm getting blood while passing the urin. Can you please suggest me that what i can do now?
