How Can Penis Shaft Thickness Be Increased?

I have thin penis problem, age 29 and half, Male. penis size 1.5 inch when calm and 3.5 inch when excited.

Bottom side of my penis is thin than the other portion. So I need solution because I am going to marry within a very short time. I am nervous about sex.
