How Can Penis Soreness On Retraction With Tingling Be Treated?

hello i ve been to my gp for frequent urination ,and a constant cold and sore retracting penis especialy after urination,the most uncomfortable is when it rubs off the underwear..the doctor ruled out infection..i have been on 3 different medicines..including tarivid..and now on clorom...the penis head is still tingling and sore when walking ...please help
