How Can Penis Vein Pain With Semen Leakage Be Treated?

Good Afternoon Doctors, I am 34 yrs old, and about 1.8m tall and 65kg. I've been having seminal leakage from excessive masturbation and the vein in my penis hurts. I've stopped masturbating for 2 weeks now, and having been trying to consume more protein filled meals.
