How Can Penis Warts With Discoloration Be Treated?

Well i am 20 and i just discovered a wart on my penis they are two tiny skin colored warts. I came to know that this is caused mainly by Intercourse. Which i have not had . please suggest what this could be and advice what should i do as i am a little worried .
