sir i masturbated 2-3 times in a month upto 3-4 months but now quited .there is weekness in my penis.penis lenghth has got reduced a little bit .tightness is not so as before .flow of blood is not so as before.white substance also get discharged at night after evry 10 days.please solve my problems and give me suggestion
