How Can Persistent Pityriasis Rosea Be Treated?

Ive had pitriasis rosea for about 2 years. I know its only supposed to last about 2.5 months in normal cases. The red blotches have spread from my shoulder to my neck, back, chest,stomach and now I think my groin. Seeing its been about 2 years now what the hell shgould I do!?!
