How Can Persisting Leg Sores Be Treated?

i bumped my leg in to a sink it made a huge sore and it took month to heal 2 month after that a new sore started on the same leg just about 5cm down it also took 2 month to heal it is now 3 month later and i have a new sore but just on the other leg what can this be
