How Can Phimosis Be Treated?

The foreskin or the prepuce of my penis doesnt retracts down cause the opening of the foreskin is very small compared to the glans. There is no problem whatsoever, but I am not sure if my married life would be normal or not. I am scared if this problem might lead to a painful sexual life. Please let me know how serious issue this is?
