How Can Phimosis Be Treated?

Dear Doctor, i am vicky & i am 28 years old & yet to be married. I m suffering from phimosis( dont know exactly) problem.My foreskin is very tight & not possible to pull back when erected, Opening tip becomes tight and i wont get any pain. while passing urine i wont have any other pain.
Will I face any problem while doing sex, My marriage has fixed,Pls suggest Is there any surgery rquired
