How Can Positional Vertigo With Tinnitus Be Treated?

Please type your query here...i have what apears to be positional vertigo and i have done the manouvers to induce and take it away,.however i have tinnitus at the same time.it improves when i exercise like running but seams to come on if im sitting around for a long time.there is a hissing sound and also sometimes a rumbling low frequency sound!i have had 4 or 5 bouts of positional vertigo from the first in october 2010 until now end of january 2011!im so paranoid and worried about this and would like reasurances.please give me hope
