How Can Pregnancy At 12 Weeks Be Managed While Having A History Of Placental Insufficiency?

Hi , My Wife Aged 35 Years is 12 weeks pregnant now this is her second pregnancy . In First Pregnancy we lost baby was normal delivery in 6 th month the Fetal autopsy report says that baby lost was due to placental insufficiency , Now its her second pregnancy doctors asking her to drop the pregnancy due to Renal problem with 2.2 serum creatinine and 3+ protein loss and scanning report also says that Loss of Corticomedullary differentiation (CMD) . Nephrologist and Gynecologist says that this pregnancy might put both mother and baby s life in risk Please suggest , my wife want to continue this pregnancy what to do? thanks in advance. Regards
