How Can Prolonged Vaginal Bleeding Be Treated?

I had sex for the first time in my life and at the age of 29 with my newly wedded husband. I started bleeding and the bleeding has continued for days now. No itching, No bad smell, No pain but I m feeling tired especially in the morning. Please what can I do to stop the discharge? Thanks
