How Can Pubic Area Lumps With Itching And Pain Be Treated?

in last two months it is the third time i have gotten this problem. in pubic area i get a bump, it itches badly and then this one bump with no head at beginning turns into many small white/pus pimple and shape a circle. and once its gets to this position it hurts little bit to. i have been searching on internet for long time to see something similar but i have not seen anything like this. i don't have any form of insurance and i m also poor. i can't afford to go to a doctor. please help
