How Can Pubic Area Spots With Discoloration Be Treated?

Hey ive got an embarrasing problem :( last month when i shaved my pubic area i noticed a little spot, actually it didnt look like a spot its more like a water booble or something?anyway i thought it would dissapear so i left it n kept on shaving now there is loads of them :( they are only little n they have got a skin colour i cant squezze them they are not red, they dont hurt dont itch, anything its just that i am ashamed in front of my boyfriend what can i do? or is there any gel or cream i could get? please i will be gratefull for an advise
