How Can "worm" Like Nasal Discharges Be Treated?

I have milky white fat soft "worms" in my nose. I have been using hydrogen peroxide to clean my nose. Several have come out. They are about one-have inch long, milky white, and squishy and cylindrical but rounded on the end. What are they? What can I do to get them all out?
