How Can Recurrent Inner Thigh Boil With Fluid Be Treated?

I have had a reoccurant cyst/boil on my inner thigh near my groin for 3 months. I have had it drained and treated 3 times with different antibiotics. It is still there and I am unsure as to what the next step is to be. Right now it is small but getting bigger. I am a 37 yr old female.
