How Can Recurring Red Lumps On The Facial Skin Be Treated?

hello, im 22 year old female and have these little red bumps on my facial skin forever (only in the area right below my eyes, along the sides of my nose, doesn't extend to the sides of the cheeks). They disappear after a few days and reappear again and leave no scars or anything. The whole area is kind of reddish actually. They are not painful but not very nice to see. I never really cared about them until recently i had a respiratory infection and the drugs i took for it as prescribed by my doctor made the little bumps just vanish over night, my skin was silky smooth for the whole time i took the medication. he prescribed dexamethasone, an antibiotic, vitamin c and another antihistamine i cannot remember. I would like to know why i have these red bumps and what drug exactly caused it to subside and if there is any treatment for it. Thank You soo much in advance
