How Can Right Abdominal Pain With Kidney Function Be Treated?

Hi this is Padmalatha (Age 25 Yrs), I am facing kidney problem since from 3 months. after all medical checkups its confirmed that the uretur is very narrow in size by birth. The right side kidney is infected and its working only 13%, this is confirmed after renogram test. All the doctors suggested for removal kidney by operation. So we decided to go for ayurvedic treatment and the treatment was successfully cleared the infection of the kidney but the functionality is not improved (same as before i.e., 13%). Since from two days I am again facing sever pain at the right side abdoman area. can you please suggest me the solutions... or any remedial ayrvedic medicines.
