How Can Right Sided Body Ache Be Treated?

I am 35-year-old housewife, height-156 cm, weight- 56 kg.Over the last 3-4 days I have had severe body ache involving right side of body including right half of head, right arm & hand, right side of trunk and right lower limb.I took analgesics and other medications (amitryptyline) as prescribed by local GP but condition not improving.What could be cause and how can I get rid of it ?
