How Can Severe Tonsillitis And Ear Infection Be Treated?

I was diagnosed with a severe tonsilitis and ear infection Friday. mid saturday the muscle in front of my tonsil started swelling. It s taking up about 1/2 my mouth... jaw, ear, and teeth hurt. I can t eat and can barely swallow. It s bright red with a white spot. Do you know what this is ?
